Pina Colada Smoothies- (2 Ways)

Servings: makes about 2-3 smoothies

Classic Pina Colada Ingredients:
2 cups frozen pineapple
1 frozen banana
2 scoops vanilla collagen powder (optional)
2 tablespoons cashew butter
1 cup lite canned coconut milk

Strawberry Pina Colada Ingredients:
2 cups frozen pineapple
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 frozen banana
2 scoops vanilla collagen powder (optional)
2 tablespoons almond butter of choice (maple caramel or original)
1-1.5 cups cup lite canned coconut milk 

Instructions:
1. First make classic pina colada by combining all ingredients in a high powered blender until smooth. Add more coconut milk if needed to smooth, texture should be thick! Set aside.
2. Make the strawberry pina colada by repeating the same steps.
3. Layer each smoothie into glass jars or serve separately. 

Topping Ideas:
Coconut cream or vanilla yogurt for layering
Shredded coconut, granola or hemp seeds
Sliced strawberries or cherries
Extra nut butter drizzle- of course!
