Healthy Cashew Butter Cookie Dough Bites (vegan, gluten-free, oil-free)

Ingredients:
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup Georgia Grinders cashew butter
3 Tbsp pure maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1-2 tsp almond milk (start with 1 tsp)
1/8 tsp salt
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips 

 

Directions:

Add all the ingredients except chocolate chips into a mixing bowl. Mix with a spatula until well combined. If it seems too dry, add 1 tsp more of almond milk. It will be a thick dough. Fold in chocolate chips. Roll into balls and place in the fridge for 30 minutes. Enjoy! Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
