Chocolate Hazelnut "Ice Cream Bars"

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Georgia Grinders hazelnut butter
1 can coconut cream (use full fat)
1/4 cup cacao powder
7 softened medjool dates

Directions:

  1. To prepare softened dates, pour hot water over dates in a bowl and let sit for 10 min.  Squeeze out any excess liquid.
  2. In a blender or food processor, add all ingredients and blend until completely smooth. Pour into your favorite ice cream mold.
  3. Once frozen dip in melted chocolate with chopped hazelnuts or enjoy as is.
