Ingredients:
1/2 cup Georgia Grinders hazelnut butter
1 can coconut cream (use full fat)
1/4 cup cacao powder
7 softened medjool dates
Directions:
- To prepare softened dates, pour hot water over dates in a bowl and let sit for 10 min. Squeeze out any excess liquid.
- In a blender or food processor, add all ingredients and blend until completely smooth. Pour into your favorite ice cream mold.
- Once frozen dip in melted chocolate with chopped hazelnuts or enjoy as is.
