2 heaping tablespoons GG cashew butter
2 teaspoons raw honey or a few stevia drops*
1 tablespoon matcha powder
2 scoops vanilla collagen (optional)
1 cup milk of choice
1 cup ice
A few spoonfuls of coconut cream or coconut cool whip (dairy-free)
Extra cashew butter for drizzling
1. Blend cashew butter, honey, matcha, collagen, milk, and ice until smooth. Add a little more milk if needed. It will be thick!
2. Spread some coconut cream along the sides of the glass jar you’re pouring into. Pour in the matcha.
Top with extra cashew butter and coconut whip and enjoy! *maple syrup or date syrup also works!
