This quick, healthy and flavorful meal is the perfect option for lunch or dinner. The recipe was made in partnership with Erin from The Wooden Skillet. It is Paleo and Whole30 Approved!
Ingredients:
1-2 lbs chicken tenders
Marinade:
1/2 cup coconut aminos
2 Teaspoons fish sauce
2 Teaspoons minced garlic
1 Teaspoon freshly grated ginger
2 Tablespoons freshly chopped cilantro
pinch of salt
Sauce:
1/4 cup coconut aminos
1 Teaspoon fish sauce
1 Teaspoon minced garlic
1 Teaspoon freshly grated ginger
pinch of salt
2 Tablespoons Georgia Grinders Original Almond Butter
Instructions:
Combine “Marinade” ingredients in medium bowl and whisk together.
Place chicken into glass container or storage bag and pour marinade over top.
Close tightly and place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or overnight if prepping ahead).
Take wooden or metal skewers and pierce each piece of chicken.
Combine “Sauce” ingredients, whisk, and set aside.
Grill chicken on medium-high heat, 2-3 minutes per side, or until full cooked.
Remove carefully from grill.
Serve chicken with almond sauce.
