We love this creative spin on healthier chicken tenders from our friend Caitlin with @starinfinitefood. Be sure to follow her on Instagram for other wonderful recipes as well. This Hazelnut Butter tomato dip is truly addicting; we hope you love it as much as we do.
2 Chicken Breasts
Generous amount of Italian Seasoning
3 tbsp Coconut Aminos
For the Sauce:
1/4 cup Georgia Grinders Hazelnut Butter
3 teaspoons coconut aminos
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1. Take a chicken breast and cut it up into nuggets and seasoned generously with Italian seasoning (could make your own by combining 2 tablespoons each of basil, oregano and parsley, and 1 tablespoon each of rosemary thyme, garlic powder, chili flakes and some salt).
2. Toss the chicken nuggets in coconut aminos.
3. Spray the chicken with coconut oil and air fry on 350 for about 10 minutes.
4. For the Hazelnut Tomato dipping sauce, put all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix well to combine. You could also enjoy this recipe with fries, etc. Enjoy!
