@lilsipper's Butter Bombs

Ingredients: (no exact measurements)
- Organic Toasted Coconut Butter 
- Organic cacao powder 
- Equip Foods unflavored Prime Protein Powder (15% off: lilsipper)  

Method:
Melt coconut butter and coat spheres and freeze immediately for 1-2 minutes. Smear more coconut butter around the edges place back in the freezer. Do this 1-3x times until it's thick enough to remove from the molds.

Add inside each half sphere desired amount of cacao powder and 1/3 of a scoop of Equip Foods Beef Protein Powder. With the other empty remaining sphere, place the edge on a hot baking tray or you can also microwave a plate and place the half-sphere down on the hot plate for a few seconds to melt the edges, then quickly press the two spheres together to fuse them and create a ball.

Store them in the refrigerator for whenever you want to want to add them to your coffee or plain hot water.

How to use them:
Add one ball to 8 oz of hot water, milk, or coffee. Blend for 30-60 seconds and enjoy!

WHY USE TOASTED COCONUT BUTTER?
Toasted coconut butter is needed for the drink to have a depth of flavor. Without it, the drink will taste "watery". You need fat in the drink.

CAN I USE OTHER NUT BUTTERS?
Short answer is, no. Other nut butter like almond, peanut, cashew, etc. will not become solid. Coconut butter is the only "nut butter" that becomes firm and solid when chilled.

WHY ADD BEEF PROTEIN?
Beef protein is what makes it frothy! Without it, the drink will have no body or volume.

CAN I OMIT THE CACAO POWDER?
Yes. If you prefer a non-chocolate drink you can omit. But I don't recommend using the water option as your liquid. If you are going to omit cacao powder, I suggest using either hot milk or coffee as your liquid base. You can also opt for carob powder if you can't have chocolate.
